CANCELLATION POLICY

Your treatment time represents a significant part of the therapists day. If circumstances require that cancel your treatment, we would appreciate at least 24 hours of notice. Cancellations NOT within this time frame are subject to a 25-35% of your service charge. If you cancel last minute, and your service was $75 or less, you could be charged 25% of your service. If your service was over $75, you will be charged 35% of your service. Our schedules are very tight, and we count on those appointments. When clients cancel last minute, that does not allow us time to fill your spot.

If you have an emergency, (such as going to the hospital) please let us know and this fee will be waived. We will not waive this fee because you forgot you had another appointment, etc. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
